We are currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team. As an LNHA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration and management of our nursing home facility. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of resident care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the healthcare industry and be dedicated to providing exceptional services to our residents.



Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operation of the nursing home facility, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, administrative staff, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources, including revenue generation, expense control, and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to develop individualized care plans for residents.
  • Foster a positive and respectful environment for staff and residents, promoting a high standard of care.
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of residents' medical records, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, implementing best practices to continually improve resident care.



Requirements

  • Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a nursing home facility.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Proven track record of effective financial management, including budgeting and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex and challenging situations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with medical professionals, residents, and their families.



Location: Buffalo, NY



Salary: $130k-$200k
