An insurance company is looking for a Wound Care Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SNF, clinical/office experience in DME/Part B/wound care, and excellent communication and educational skills. This position involves managing wound care accounts, providing education and support, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities:

• Manage wound care accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
• Provide education and support to clients and staff regarding wound care and related products.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Track and follow up on billing and collections related to wound care accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of accounts and follow-up activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to wound care.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in SNF.
• Clinical/office experience in DME/Part B/wound care.
• Excellent communication and educational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, if necessary.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for account management.

Location: Lakewood/Remote

Salary: $80K+ (Based on Experience)
