Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the transformation team (TO) within the XRM (relationship management) domain. In this role, you will collaborate with a product owner to analyze epics and business features, enabling strategic goals through actionable insights and business cases. You will act as a crucial link between stakeholders, developers, and management to shape the roadmap and ensure implementation success.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and processes via workshops, interviews, and data analysis
• Translate business requirements into user stories
• Support the development of business cases and conduct impact assessments
• Collaborate with development teams to implement tailored solutions
• Track progress and evaluate effectiveness of process changes
• Bridge business and transformation office departments

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and process optimization within the insurance industry
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in insurance
• Strong proficiency in process modeling and user story writing
• Skilled in stakeholder management and communication
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus
