Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the transformation team (TO) within the XRM (relationship management) domain. In this role, you will collaborate with a product owner to analyze epics and business features, enabling strategic goals through actionable insights and business cases. You will act as a crucial link between stakeholders, developers, and management to shape the roadmap and ensure implementation success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and processes via workshops, interviews, and data analysis
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Support the development of business cases and conduct impact assessments
- Collaborate with development teams to implement tailored solutions
- Track progress and evaluate effectiveness of process changes
- Bridge business and transformation office departments
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and process optimization within the insurance industry
- Minimum 5 years of total experience in insurance
- Strong proficiency in process modeling and user story writing
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communication
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus
