Property Management-female office

Our property management office in Monsey, NY, is hiring for a full-time administrative support role. The salary ranges from $50k to $80k, and the position requires someone who is detail-oriented, smart, and capable with excellent written communication skills. While prior experience is ideal, training will be provided for the right candidate. The working hours are until 5 PM in the afternoon.


  • Provide administrative support to the property management team.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
  • Handle written communication, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.


  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Capable and able to learn new tasks quickly.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Prior administrative experience (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work until 5 PM in the afternoon.
