We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee the comprehensive development and execution of a new supplemental social and health support services program. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and the ability to develop and maintain robust systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute systems and operations policies for the program.
- Ensure compliance with all operational expectations and maintain timely implementation.
- Strategically plan and establish the program while meeting all state and federal guidelines.
- Create software solutions to support program functions and deliverables.
- Analyze program performance and manage business development initiatives.
- Oversee billing and reimbursement processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Produce professional business writing and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic planning, system development, and program leadership.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in billing oversight and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent professional communication and business writing abilities.
- Willingness to travel within New York State as necessary for meetings and business engagements.
Location: Monsey, NY (plus travel across NYS as required).
