Our client, a title services company, is looking to hire a skilled NY Title Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in title coordination and a strong understanding of NY title requirements. This role offers flexibility, with an in-office setting in Lakewood preferred but remote or hybrid options available for qualified candidates within the USA.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage title processes for New York transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth closings.
  • Review and resolve title issues, including liens, encumbrances, and legal descriptions.
  • Prepare and distribute title documents and reports.
  • Maintain thorough records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for title-related inquiries.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in title coordination, specifically within New York.
  • Strong knowledge of NY title regulations and processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in title software and related tools is a plus.



Salary: $70,000–$120,000



Location: Lakewood, NJ (Remote or hybrid options available within the USA for qualified candidates)
