Position Description:

• Pediatrician - Academic
• Location: Saginaw, MI (1.5hrs from Detroit)
• We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed individual who is inspired to support a growing Pediatric Practice and Residency program. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing pediatric clinical services as well as working with medical students and program residents. 
• There is an opportunity for a formal educational position, for those who desire programmatic leadership and have the requisite experience. 
• Hospital and associated clinics are located, in the Great Lakes Bay Region – admired for its friendly communities and great quality of life.  
• Opportunity to teach, treat and lead positive change throughout the region
• Time allocations for research and academic pursuits
• Provide a full array of pediatric services: pediatrician visits, developmental screening, vaccinations, school physicals, sick visits, etc..
• No Newborn Nursery Coverage
• 5 day work week
• Epic EMR System
• Team of 6 Pediatricians and 4 APP's

 Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• State of Michigan licensed or eligible
• Board-eligible or certified in Pediatrics
• Controlled Substance license
• Must meet credentialing criteria
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa
