Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Stanwood Washington

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time


Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Washington State. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ physical condition and functional limitations through assessments and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote rehabilitation, mobility, and pain management.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness practices.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records in accordance with Washington State regulations.
  • Stay current on best practices, techniques, and continuing education requirements for physical therapy in Washington.


Qualifications

  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (required).
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
