In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care and contributing to a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll be instrumental in a patient's recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Care and Evaluation: You'll accurately evaluate patients, develop appropriate treatment plans, and set and meet functional goals. You'll continually revise and progress treatment programs as patients achieve their goals.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: You'll maintain thorough and accurate treatment records, ensuring all daily patient charges and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
  • Teaching and Instruction: You'll provide essential instructions and education to patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure a successful recovery, even after they leave our care.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals, lead daily work assignments, and assist with the training of new employees and students. You'll be a key part of a team dedicated to providing the best possible patient outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: This is a great opportunity for new graduates or professionals with 0-6 months of related experience.
  • Education: You are a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Licensure: You must have a valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
  • Skills: You have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to present information clearly to patients and families. You are adaptable, a critical thinker, and proficient in basic computer use for data input and reporting.
