• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) focused on delivering high-quality care to underserved and underinsured populations in Delaware.
• Nurse Practitioners care for patients across the lifespan with services that include family medicine, women’s health, chronic disease management, behavioral health, and preventive care.

About the role:

• Full-time position - 4 or 5 days/week
• Primary Care position seeing all ages
• Family Nurse Practitioner will work with a collaborative team
• Seeing an average patient load of 18-20 patients/day

Background Desired:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• 1+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Passionate to work in a community health setting
