About the Role:

• Full time - Monday-Friday
• 1:5 call rotation
• 100% outpatient
• Seeing on average 20-26 patients per day
• EPIC EMR
• Office Location: Crown Point, IN

• MD / DO
• Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
