Established nearly 20 years ago, the practice has grown steadily and built a reputation for high-quality, innovative design solutions across a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, residential, and mixed-use developments.


Recent project wins include a £300M city centre regeneration scheme, net-zero carbon schools through the DfE framework, and high-profile stadium refurbishments. The consultancy is thriving — with exciting long-term plans and a real commitment to technical excellence and team development.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Senior MEP Revit Technician to support the delivery of complex projects and contribute to the wider design team. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Revit MEP Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality MEP models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. You’ll work closely with in-house Engineers and external design teams, contributing to the successful delivery of coordinated design packages across a variety of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 3D MEP models and produce coordinated drawings using Revit
  • Maintain and apply Revit standards and best practices
  • Assist in implementing Revit processes and workflows across the business
  • Support Engineers with design coordination, clash detection, and drawing outputs
  • Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings across disciplines
  • Work to project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy


About You

  • Proven experience as a Building Services Revit Technician within a consultancy or contractor environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
  • Ability to coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural teams
  • Comfortable liaising with engineers, architects, and wider project stakeholders
  • A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Passion for quality design and continuous improvement in digital delivery
