Their Manchester team is growing and looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer with experience in infrastructure design (roads and drainage) for building and public realm projects.
The Role - As a Chartered or Near-Chartered Engineer, you’ll lead the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions - from early-stage masterplanning through to construction - while supporting the wider team’s development.
You’ll be working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on a range of projects including:
- Building developments
- Highways and public realm
- Section 38, 278 and 104 schemes
- Flood risk and drainage strategies
What You’ll Do
- Lead infrastructure design from concept to delivery
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth
- Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships
About You
- Proven experience in a design consultancy environment
- Strong technical background in drainage, highway and public realm design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
- Confident in civil engineering standards, construction principles and legislation
- Collaborative, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering high-quality work
