Your Role
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Diagnose and treat mental health conditions across the lifespan
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and care coordinators
- Educate patients and families on treatment options
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active New York NP license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA preferred
- Outpatient psychiatry or community health experience preferred
