What You’ll Do:

• Review and manage complex individual, partnership, and S-corp returns
• Lead planning and strategy conversations with clients
• Mentor and review staff and seniors
• Help refine processes and improve workflow efficiency

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of public accounting experience (Manager or Senior Manager level)
• Strong technical base and communication skills
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
• A genuine interest in leadership and growth

Compensation: $130K–$200K+ DOE + Bonus | Fully Remote
